A Medico-Legal Assessment interview involves a detailed interview of the incident which led to the pursuit of a Personal Injury claim. The interview lasts about 1 hour. It can be conducted online or in person at the my office in central Dublin. I may use some psychological questionnaires during the interview to elaborate on the psychological aspects of the injuries involved for you in the incident.
Following the interview a report will then be issued to your solicitor.
